Does Michael Moore Hate Working People?
And does the self-proclaimed defender of the working and middle classes actually know anything about them and how they live?My questions were prompted after a “letter from Michael Moore” popped into my inbox.

The review that looked the other way
The Global Warming community has faced at least 19 scandals in the past few months, which is why the IPCC is now facing an "independent" review by the InterAcademy Council (IAC). What is shocking is that the review will not challenge man-made Global Warming and will not look at the scientific data.

Al Gore fails the Toyota test
It has been fascinating to observe how a popular and trusted multinational corporation can be so flatfooted and incapable of responding to a crisis.
Like many of these crises it started small. The corporation seemed invincible and underwent major growth. Some worried the growth was too fast and retained doubts about the science and the technology.

How many are suing the EPA now?
America is none too happy with Obama's decree for the EPA to regulate co2. Three states have already come forth to sue to the EPA attempts to regulate greenhouse gases based on the heavy financial burden it will place on the state's economy.
Today, a fourth powerhouse joined the states.

James Cameron – Grow Up
I thought Avatar was a great film, beautiful even. Cameron is such a good story teller he even had me rooting for the blue rain forest people and wishing death on all the appalling Americans in final battle scene.
But seriously, James Cameron grow up. Written by Ann McElhinney 12 comments

Blogger exposes errors in Met Office climate change records
Yesterday we reported on Dr. Vicky Pope, head of climate change advice at the Met Office, defending the IPCC's temperature data and the consensus that Global Warming is occurring. That time would have been better spent fact-checking her organization's reports. Today a science blogger exposed that a large number of weather stations were being discarded or misused by the Met Office.

Where did Pachuari get the money?
The New York Times is reporting that the IPCC chairman, Rajendra K. Pachauri is still "greatly admired" in the scientific community despite the IPCC 2007 report being riddled with errors. The article explains away Pachauri's conflicted interests, saying that his expertise is worth the risk. It goes on to paint him as a middle class citizen, brushing off that he recently earned $16,000 in interest on his bank account in India. To earn $16,000 in interest at a three percent interest rate, Pachuari would have almost $533,000 sitting in his bank account, and for two percent, it bumps the amout to $800,000.

Well, we have just arrived back in Washington DC from Alaska.
In Alaska we were told by many environmentalists that Global Warming is definitely happening and it was wrong to state otherwise.
So, naturally we returned to DC to one of the worst snowstorms on record!!!
